This interactive day is for health care professionals who have completed the Cardiovascular Disease Management Diploma or other equivalent cardiovascular disease training, and develops further knowledge in the fields of heart failure and other current issues. The prevalence, diagnosis and treatment of heart disease as it affects primary care, as well as new drugs, are covered. Other topics include hypertension and atrial fibrillation including the latest management recommendations.
