Easy Health - Link
We made this website so that it is easier for people to find health information that is easy to understand. We also want to encourage organisations to make their information free. This enables people to get it more quickly and easily. Over 40 organisations from across the country have put their information on to this website. This is because we all want to make it easier for people with learning disabilities to understand more about their health. If people understand what is happening with their health then they will feel more confident in taking control of it. Easyhealth.org.uk is one way in which Generate and all the organisations on the website are working together to reduce unneccessary health inequalities.

Expert Patient Groups - Link
The EPP is a six week course for people with chronic or long-term conditions. The course is delivered by trained and accredited tutors who are also living with a long term health condition. It aims to give people the confidence to take more responsibility and self-manage their health, while encouraging them to work collaboratively with health and social care professionals. The EPP does not provide health information or treatment, nor does it address clinical needs. Course topics include healthy eating, dealing with pain and extreme tiredness, relaxation techniques and coping with feelings of depression.
