Yorkshire & Humber SHA funding6 Sep 2010
A brief note about the funding situation
At the time of writing, the situation with regard to next year’s funding is unclear, with even the SHA unsure how continuing professional development will be funded, or by whom! The Training Centre will still be here, running courses, but at the moment we will not be able to allocate any funded places in 2011/12. If you wish to guarantee a place on any of our courses, the best way is to find an alternative method of funding, such as your practice, PCT or maybe even pharmaceutical sponsorship. We will, of course, let you know through this website and our newsletter as soon as we know anything.
There is very limited funding still available this finanancial year, but only on certain courses. Please check with the Training Centre before you book.
