Implementing the National Syllabus
All frontline staff and professionals whose work brings them into contact with members of the public should have attended this one day (six hour) course by 31st March 2008 - The Counter Fraud and Security Management Service (CFSMS).
The Primary Care Training Centre can now offer this mandatory training, in association with Good Sense.
In a one day workshop at our Crow Trees centre, you will learn verbal and non-verbal communication skills, how to recognise "warning signs", cultural awareness, de-escalation techniques and self defence. Attendees will receive a certificate to show that they have attended a course that meets the National Syllabus laid down by the CFSMS.
The price includes refreshments and a buffet lunch at Crow Trees.
For further details, please call the Training Centre on 01274 617617. Course will run throughout the year. Check our Meetings and Events page for dates.
Subject to minimum numbers, we can deliver this course in your locality. Contact us for more details.
