The Primary Care Training Centre offers Distance Learning Courses and Study Days, available to book online for healthcare professionals and allied staff in the UK. Some courses are available as either accredited or CPD certified. You can find out what this means to you here.
We’ve just announced our Second Regional Health Care Assistant Conference. Almost 150 students attended this conference last year and gave such excellent feedback that we’ve decided to do it again! It will be held at the same venue, the Cedar Court Hotel, Bradford, on 16 September. If you came last year, come again – we’ve got lots of brand new workshops for you. If you missed out last year, make sure you don’t make the same mistake again! You can find out more and book your place by clicking here.
Full funding from the Local Education & Training Board is available if you work in the Yorkshire and Humber NHS region. Ring us to find out more, or apply online now.
We can deliver any of our courses in your area at no extra charge, subject to a minimum number of 20 students (24 for study days). The course content and teaching is the same, wherever the teaching days are held, but can be tailored to reflect local issues.
We have been delivering training, study days and distance learning courses to primary care staff since 1997. Over twenty thousand students have either successfully completed one of our university-accredited primary care training courses or attended one of our study days.
